Hi! I know there are a lot of cottage cheese cheesecake recipes online, but I was wondering if anyone has any that they have tried and loved :)

  Hi Denise,

  I hesitated replying at first because I haven’t actually made this recipe yet… but it is on my holiday to-bake list :)

  I've made several of Erika’s recipes (she’s the one behind Pancake Princess) and have been happy with how they turned out! She does bake offs (testing recipes side by side) and was named Southern Living’s Cook of the Year a few years back... so I’m hoping her protein packed cheesecake will be yummy!
