    I feel you. I’ve been there too, feeling frustrated with my body. It’s such a tough place to be. What really helped me was learning to be gentler with myself. After years of trying different diets, I started focusing on intuitive eating and incorporating movement regularly instead of pushing myself so hard. My weight didn’t change drastically but I feel so much better in my body. Hang in there!
