    Great question! Plain Greek yogurt can be a good substitute for cottage cheese. It’s high in protein and works well in both sweet and savoury dishes (I add a pinch of salt when using it in something savoury). I’m a fan of cottage cheese myself but I’ve swapped in Greek yogurt when we’ve run out and it works really well. A friend of mine also swears by silken tofu as a protein boost in her smoothies and pancakes - I haven’t tried that yet but she absolutely loves it :)

    I second this! Greek yogurt is one of my favourite ways to add a protein boost to breakfast dishes :)

    I love Greek Yogurt as well. My husband is not a big fan of Cottage cheese so I blend it and use in muffins, waffles, overnight oats, protein bagels, egg bakes etc. and he doesn't event know its there.
