Sleepless in midlife… how are you coping
I’m realizing how much poor sleep is affecting everything… my focus, my patience even my motivation. I know disrupted sleep is common in midlife but I’d love to hear from others going through the same thing. What’s been helping you?

Yes to all of this! The night sweats are the worst—once I’m up, I’m up. I sleep with the window open and layer blankets to deal with it. I also wake up for no reason sometimes, no clue why. No food after 8, no wine, and early workouts help when I stick to it. And when I really can’t take it, I use my Davigo.
