Sleepless in midlife… how are you coping

    Yes to all of this! The night sweats are the worst—once I’m up, I’m up. I sleep with the window open and layer blankets to deal with it. I also wake up for no reason sometimes, no clue why. No food after 8, no wine, and early workouts help when I stick to it. And when I really can’t take it, I use my Davigo.
