What is Longevity Live Series?
Longevity Live is a monthly clinician-led education series designed specifically for midlife women. Each session is designed to help you understand health risks, know which biomarkers matter, and take evidence-based steps to support a longer, healthier health-span.
Why focus on longevity and health-span now?
Many chronic conditions develop quietly over time. Midlife is a key window to understand your risk factors early and take practical steps that can change your long-term trajectory.
What makes this series different from other health talks?
Longevity Live offers a view from both Western medicine and functional medicine. Instead of addressing screening, symptoms, hormones, lifestyle, and prevention in isolation, we discuss them together, so you can see the full picture and understand how everything connects.
Who is this for?
This series is for women who want to take a proactive approach to their health - whether you feel well, feel “off”, or want clarity on the changes happening during midlife.
Is this the Thrive in 12 series?
