If the service is made available to me by my employer or insurer, will they have access to my personal information?

No. We do not share your medical information with your employer or insurer.

We may share limited participation reporting (for example, overall program usage) for plan administration, but it is anonymized and will not include information that could identify you.

Will you share medical records with my family doctor?

Yes, but only with your consent.

If you would like us to share a summary or relevant records with your family doctor/GP, we can do so once you provide permission.

How do you protect my personal health information?

We take your privacy seriously.

The systems we use to store and protect your information are independently audited under SOC 2 Type II standards, meaning they meet high standards for security, confidentiality, and data protection.

Access to your information is limited to your care team and authorized staff on a need-to-know basis. It is never sold or shared without your consent.
