How can I get support, and when?

For booking, login, or service questions, contact info@sanoliving.ai or 1-888-475-7046.

Support is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST (excluding statutory holidays).

For general menopause-related questions outside support hours, you can use Sano, our Virtual Assistant, anytime.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellation fees:

• Health Coach: $60
• Nurse Practitioner or Naturopathic Doctor: $90

Providing advance notice allows us to offer that time to another member who may be waiting for care.

What is your refund policy? 

All prepaid services are non-refundable.
