How do I book an appointment with a sanoMidLife clinician?
- Complete the midlife assessment so we can understand what you’re experiencing.
- Meet with a Health Coach to review your goals, answer questions, and determine the right clinician for your care.
- Your Health Coach will then help schedule your clinician appointment, ensuring you have clear next steps and a plan moving forward.
Do I need to complete the sanoAssessment and Medical History?
Yes. Completing your assessment and medical history before your first appointment allows your Health Coach and clinician to review your information in advance.
This keeps your visit focused on your priorities and next steps, not repeating details.
If it isn’t completed ahead of time, we’ll help you reschedule so you get the full value of your appointment.
How long are appointments?
- Health Coach appointments: 30 minutes
- ND and NP appointments: 30-45 minutes
Follow-up appointment lengths may vary depending on your care needs.
Are appointments virtual?
Yes. All appointments are conducted virtually.
Bloodwork is completed locally at a lab facility near you.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that schedules change. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice, if you need to reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments affect not only your care, but also other women waiting for appointments.
Late cancellation fees:
- Health Coach late cancellation fee: $60
- Clinician late cancellation fee: $90
Providing advance notice allows us to offer that time to another member who may be waiting for care.
Ongoing Support Options
Additional visits are available if you need them. You’ll always see the cost before booking.
- Coach (30 min): $60
- Nurse Practitioner (30 min): $150
- Naturopathic Doctor (30 min): $180
Do I need to complete a reassessment before my follow-up?
Reassessments are an important way to monitor your progress. After you receive your care plan, and any associated prescriptions, you will be asked to complete a short reassessment prior to your next follow-up appointment.
This helps the clinician understand what has improved, what may still need attention, and whether any adjustments to your care plan are needed. It ensures your follow-up appointment is focused and productive.
If the reassessment isn’t completed before your follow-up appointment, we’ll help you reschedule so your time is used well.
